Every cleaning company on cleand is approved by us after providing proof of public liability insurance and background (DBS) checks.
Your price is fixed before you pay and includes VAT. Short-notice bookings show any last-minute premium up front, never afterwards.
Once you've paid, your clean is guaranteed. If we can't fulfil it, we refund you in full.

You can book from tomorrow onwards. Bookings less than 48 hours away include a 40% last-minute premium, which is shown in your price before you pay.
